Leaving Kennack Sands

Notwithstanding the weather and lack of facilities, we are moving on today, going north towards Perranporth. This South-Cornwall area was completely unknown to us and it is glorious! Just walking on the beach at Kennack each morning is worth the trip alone.

Last night (Why didn't we do it before)? we took the short trip to Cadgwith, which is absolutely stunning, with Fishing boats on the little beach, an antique and unique fishing village and a lovely pub set on a hill. (More of this later).

Also managed to get back to the Cornish Seal sanctuary at Gweek, repeat visit, last one about 33 years ago! The Black Swan is still there, had a Spritzer, a pint of Cider and a sandwich in the sun!
